I think these are just the perfect summer cookie: they’re light and airy and hey, you only have to turn your oven to 200 degrees. Wins all around.

I always learn so much from you….sourdough, angel food cake and meringues are all things I thought could never ever be made at home and had to be purchased from the store, where baked goods magically appear. These look gorgeous – great guest post, lady!!
